Our Experience

MMF was inaugurated in September 6th 1991 at the same time with the 20th anniversary of PT. Merpati Nusantara Airlines as the Strategic Business Unit, by Minister of Communication Mr. Azwar Anas, in Surabaya.

MMF began to established as a Perseroan Terbatas / PT (Limited Liability Company) on 27th January 2016, effects of PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines stopped their operational in 2014.

MMF is also approved Calibration Laboratory Komite Akreditasi Nasional No. LK – 119 – IDN and by International Standard Organization, ISO 9001:2015/SNI 19 – 9001:2015.

MMF is an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) within the scope of approval subject to all applicable requirements of part 145 Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) and achieved Indonesian Defence Airworthiness Authority (IDAA) No. IMAA/COA/AMARS/003-2020.

All works performed are in compliance with all specified requirements by DGCA, IDAA, and also foreign specific regulator such as CAA Philippines & CAA Bangladesh.

Based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders Resolutions dated 27th December 2022, it was stated that MMF was acquisition by Helizona.
