ExpoAir was privileged to be served by Merpati Maintenance FAcility, Surabaya from 2007 to 2013 for the maintenance service for the two Fokker F27-500 owned by ExpoAir. D-Checks, scheduled and non scheduled maintenance, structural and main component repairs, troubleshooting were some of the services carried out by Merpati Maintenance Facility and also succesfully carried out cargo conversions of the F27 500 too. Service levels were highly commendable and Merpati Maintenance Facility always strived to complete projects on time. The staff from Junior Mechanics up to all Senior Engineers and Managers were excellent. CAA Sri Lanka continued to approve Merpati Maintenance facility as an AMO for almost 5 years until the F27 were phased out by ExpoAir. We wish MMF success in their future plans.
